HTC magic versus iPhone 3Gs

Ya anyway since there will be 2 phone that will be released soon (HTC magic already released though). I shall do a comparison for this.

HTC magic is HTC and Google second generation Android based phone while iPhone 3Gs is apple 3rd generation phone ( the S stand for speed but it can mean many others).

Let’s start with HTC magic since it is less known.

Screen-3.2 inches touch screen (people love touching)

Camera 3.2 megapixel

CPU- 528 MHz

RAM- 192/288 mb (depend on your carrier)

ROM-512 MB

memory storage-SD card slot

From power perspective, it is more powerful than HTC dream. No more keyboard though, all touchy touch touch. It is smaller, thinner and lighter than previous version (113 x 55 x 13.65 mm and 118.5 grams).

Features:

Gmail, google search, google map, google talk, and youtube (all google application basically)

iPhone 3gs

This Phone boast and directed to all the gamers out there that is using iPhone according to apple. Now let see the spec.

Screen-3.5 inches (still touch screen)

Camera-3.o megapixel (cool they upgrade this at last)

CPU-600 MHz

Memory-256 mb DRAM

Memory storage- 16&32 GB

Features:

All the features from previous iPhone is there, what else you want?

iPhone 3GS is faster, graphically apple say it will be better for gamer ( I have no idea about this since I DONT HAVE IT, well others who try it it is nicer). Apparently the camera function will be better, with geotagging, and automatic focus. Size is same as previous 3g phone (115.5x62.1x12.3 mm and weight 133g).

HTC is smaller compare to iPhone but thicker, and of course it weight less. It have better camera size compare to iPhone but where will it be stored? SD card? buy me one.

Overall I don’t like both of the Phone =D since they are locked to their provider, it does have benefit etc2 but I dont like being chained to a contract, I dunno my view may change. But if I have to choose one I will choose iPhone since it got built in memory storage compare to HTC and apparently HTC doesn't have 3.5mm headphone jack.

P.S. Article is written with extreme laziness and possibly bias involve, to get more detail about each phone please google or wiki it. XD.

P.S.S. Iphone 3Gs is not out yet HTC magic does.

    I like Samsung Omnia maybe I was planning to talk about it but I will be exteremely bias towards omnia XD but maybe I will. Hmm Palm Pre never heard of it and dont even say anything about blackberry.

    I'll stick with the N series nokia... Got bad experience with a samsung phone. Battery dies quick, sometimes it shutsdown on it own, file transfer mostly from pc ends up corrupt etc etc
